Confirming your destination
Delivery availability is confirmed during your consultation. Please provide the delivery country and postal code, and let us know about any required arrival date before agreeing to your order.
Production and delivery timing
Each piece is made to order. Your written quote will state the estimated production schedule and delivery arrangements. Production and transit are separate stages; design changes, stone availability, customs and carrier delays can affect timing. We do not display a universal delivery promise for all designs.
Charges, insurance and import duties
Your order confirmation should specify the delivery charge, carrier or service level, insurance arrangements and who is responsible for any duties, import taxes or clearance charges. Clarify any missing detail before payment. Do not assume taxes or shipping are included unless your quote states that they are.
Dispatch and tracking
Delivery is arranged after the agreed production and verification steps. Tracking information is shared when available. Confirm the recipient name, telephone number and full address before dispatch; tell us promptly about any correction.
Receiving your piece
Inspect the parcel and piece when they arrive. If packaging or contents appear damaged, keep the packaging and relevant photographs and contact SHAVERA promptly through your order conversation. Do not send a return until the return instructions have been confirmed.
