SHAVERA presents jewelry designs and provides a way to start a personal consultation. The website is a catalogue and enquiry service. Browsing a design or completing an enquiry form does not place an order, reserve a stone or create a payment obligation.
Designs and product descriptions
The VOW and LUNE diamond designs are described as Lab-Grown Diamond jewelry. Product images are design visualizations; proportions, colors and visible details may differ from a final piece. Packaging images are concepts. Confirm the actual stone specifications, metal, dimensions, documentation and approved design in writing.
Quotes and order confirmation
The selling business’s legal identity and contact information, order specifications, price, currency, taxes, shipping arrangements, estimated timeline, cancellation and return conditions and any aftercare coverage must be stated in the quote or order confirmation. Review these details before accepting the order or making payment. A chat enquiry alone is not an accepted order.
Payment
After you approve the written order details and applicable terms, SHAVERA sends a secure payment link through the agreed conversation. The checkout is operated by the agreed payment provider. Verify its destination, merchant identity, reference, amount and currency. This website neither processes payments nor issues automated payment links.
Customization and approvals
Any custom CAD details, personalization and changes must be agreed in writing before the relevant production stage. Changes after approval may affect cost and timing and must be confirmed again. The final order record, subject to applicable law, is the reference for the piece being made.
Website content and outside services
Content is provided to help you explore the collection and consultation process. Do not reuse SHAVERA branding or imagery without authorization. External services, including WhatsApp and payment providers, are governed by their own terms.
Questions, corrections and consumer rights
